Job Circular: CCTV Operator
Job Description:
We are recruiting CCTV Operators to monitor multiple camera feeds from our central control room, identify security threats, and coordinate responses with field teams. You will be based in our Dhaka operations centre and work in a structured team environment with clear escalation procedures. This is a critical role requiring sustained concentration and excellent situational awareness.
Requirements:
- Experience operating CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, or equivalent) - Ability to monitor multiple screens simultaneously for extended periods - Good observational and analytical skills - Familiarity with incident logging software - Shift flexibility including nights and weekends - No criminal record
