Job Circular: Senior Security Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Senior Security Officers to supervise guard teams and manage daily operations at key client sites. In this role you will conduct shift briefings, perform patrol inspections, liaise directly with clients, and escalate incidents through the correct reporting channels. You will serve as the first point of contact between the client and our operations centre.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of security industry experience - Previous supervisory or team-lead experience - Ability to write clear incident reports in Bengali and English - Valid security license - Strong communication and leadership skills - Experience with digital reporting tools is an advantage
